Wasted Days & Wasted Nights

The fat cat has distorted my sofa permanently. Weighing in at 20 pounds, he spends his days nuzzling the catnip and his evenings wheezing on the couch.

(Seems this is not uncommon among cat owners. See Imperatix for her story.)

Very clean feet on that kitty! Of course ours is sable through and through, so it's all black all the time. I like the coloring on yours (and your cat doesn't look too big at all!)

In the case of our two black cats (both approaching 14), it's more little circles of black fur in half-a-dozen or more favoured locations (toddler in the house has enforced quite a range little kitty bolt holes. The male cat is pretty trim (all the fighting he still gets up to) but the female is a rotund little maiden aunt out of Jane Austen who still walks as daintily as when she was a tiny scrap of a thing.
