My hibiscus thinks its springtime.
It's no wonder with the south sun shining in through the bedroom window.
The Devil's Spine is blooming too.

I'm "plant poor."
I have so many that in the winter months,
it's a struggle to live around them,
much less keep them watered.

What a gorgeous hibiscus. I have several plants in my southern and western windows, but nothing quite so striking.
I love Hibiscus and have three in my front yard. They are so generous with their flowers and the range of blooms to admire is huge. And, even the toughest pruning does them well.
Hibiscus are so pretty. I love the color of yours.
I'm a huge plant person too, (as is requisite for a former Landscape Architect). My orchids are doing there thang right now and I have one cymbidium in bloom and a phalenopsis about to go off. Also, as always, the African Violets soldier on in the depths of winter - cheerful little plants.
Periodically i put all my plants outside and then don't bring them in. I feel bad about that. The photos are beautiful. Now I feel worse.
I've never seen a hibiscus in a container before. Pretty.
Of course, I don't get out much...
