Which is precisely what I did to get JB a gift for his birthday. He's been talking about his lump charcoal for sometime. And you know how men are partial to barbecuing...

Pop was curious about the charcoal, too. So, JB gave him all the particulars last night when he was giving it a test run on the grill.

If you're interested, you can check it out here, where I tracked my husband and ordered it.

Does he have one of those chimneys? to get the charcoal started? They are great...
I've actually been smitten with lump charcoal this year - but it burns HOT and pretty fast too.
I actually had no idea that charcoal was so complicated (supermum does the barbecuing in our house being as its an outdoors sort of activity)
(This is memeing weekend - yours is first and tag is queued up right behind it)
And hey, I just read somewhere that a coupla lumps of charcoal make a good overnight odor eliminator in coolers and refrigerators.
The ones that aren't presoaked in charcoal fuel, of course!
